[Double-edged] Blade sharpening (additional option at time of purchase)

※This is an option for sharpening the main blade for double-edged use※

Unlike Japanese knives, double-edged honbazuke may not be as effective as Japanese knives. (You can get sharpness without adding a real blade.) 

If you would like to easily adjust the blade edge (also called initial sharpening overseas), please purchase from here.

When purchasing a knife, please also purchase from here. Normally, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing.(Therefore, an additional 2-3 weeks will be added to the usual delivery time.)
