Blade sharpening (additional option at time of purchase)

※This option is only applicable to Japanese knives such as boat-shaped, willow blade, deba, and sickle-shaped thin blades※

Usually, new knives have an obtuse angle or a slightly rounded blade to prevent chipping. This refers to the process of sharpening the blade to its original sharpness (correcting the shape and delivering the blade with a blade attached).

When purchasing a knife, please also purchase from here. Normally, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing. (Therefore, 2 to 3 weeks will be added to the normal delivery time.)
