This is a tasting set of four types of aged tuna from Watori, including rare cuts, with caviar.

This tuna uses Nagasaki-produced tuna. Our tuna isWe have created our products without making any compromises so that you can easily enjoy the taste of an authentic sushi restaurant in the comfort of your own home.

In particular, during the aging process, we use appropriate paper to adjust the moisture content and maintain the quality of the meat while aging. This aging method brings out the maximum flavor of the tuna, giving it a sticky texture and rich flavor.

We properly separate lean meat and medium-fatty meat, and carefully marinate each part. This process maintains the perfect balance of salt and soy sauce, allowing you to enjoy the original taste of tuna.

The ``triangle'' of bluefin tuna is a rare part located on the back, and is known for being only available in extremely limited quantities. This part is characterized by its unique thickness and fine-grained fat, allowing you to enjoy rich flavor and moist texture.

The ``Negitoro'' part uses carefully selected sinew from the lean part of the tuna. This part generally has many hard sinews, so it is not used as regular sashimi, but is suitable for processing as negitoro. The tuna used for Negitoro is cut into small pieces to create a very soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture.

[About defrosting]
The tuna we deliver is rapidly frozen at an ultra-low temperature of -60℃ and preserved without sacrificing quality.The best way to thaw tuna is to open the vacuum pack, place the tuna in a container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and slowly thaw in the refrigerator. This allows the tuna to thaw naturally, bringing out its flavor. If you are in a hurry, you can quickly thaw the vacuum-packed food by soaking it in water. (Please also refer to the video)
