[Regarding the thaw]
The tuna you deliver is fast-frozen at an ultra-low temperature of-60C and stored without loss of quality.The best way to defrost the tuna is to place the tuna in a container after opening the vacuum pack, then gently defrost it in the refrigerator with a light wrap. This will enhance the taste by the natural thawing of the tuna. In case of a hurry, it is also possible to put it in the water in a vacuum pack and defrost it quickly. (See also video)
