Miyasaka: A sake that goes well with food (sushi) invented by Ginza Watari. A blend of ``Omachi'' and ``Yamada Nishiki'' Daiginjo brewed at Izumibashi Sake Brewery in Ebina, Kanagawa Prefecture for over three years. It is characterized by its refreshing flavor due to the traditional "Kimoto-zukuri" method, which requires a high level of skill. Please enjoy the depth of flavor created by blending and the taste that goes well with soy sauce. You can also enjoy it deliciously with hot sake.

Masuzaka: A sake that is delicious just by drinking it, invented by Ginza Watari. Based on two types of ``Omachi'', it is a blend of ``Rakufumai'', the latest early morning rice variety that is rare even in Japan. A well-balanced blend of the dry taste of Omachi, the refreshing flavor of ``Kimoto-zukuri'' and the acidity of Rakufumai. You can also enjoy it deliciously with hot sake.
